In case of returning a product, you are entitled to receive your money back via PayPal (products sent without notice to customerservice@laleto.com or without a completed blank form, will not be accepted).

Products that are returned must be indistinguishable from new, not used, do not have make-up marks, and so on. We reserve the right to return and refuse replacement if the commercial appearance of the products you wish to return is violated.

In order to respond to the cancellation deadline, it is enough to send us a notice that the right to cancel is being exercised before the end of the cancellation period. You can use the APPLICATION FORM to cancel, although this is optional.

There is no substitution or return for products of categories 'Lingerie' and 'Swimwear'!
